Glass City Catering is owned and operated by Executive Chefs, Jordan Ter Doest and Jason Bishop.  They are joined by a highly professional staff with the ability to contribute the perfect details to your event.

Jordan Ter Doest

Jordan has been a Toledo resident for most of his life.  He began cooking and working in his family restaurant at a very young age. He has always had an eye for detail and brings a fresh, creative flair to all of his dishes. He works closely with the clients to ensure satisfaction on every event.  Jordan specializes in presenting not only great food, but also an exceptional experience for all of your guests. 

Jason Bishop

Jason has lived in Toledo his entire life.  He started cooking at a very young age, taking his first class at the age of eight.  He has catered and worked at various restaurants around town, has traveled the country, and has patronized many fine establishments.  Jason brings a passion for good food, memorable events, and quality product to the company. He has always wanted to put his stamp on local cuisine, bringing his enthusiasm and love to his dishes.
